Wear comfortable athletic clothing (e.g., leggings or shorts and a t‑shirt), clean trainers or wrestling boots, and bring a bottle of water. We’ll email you a full gear list and waiver forms before you arrive, make sure those are signed!

Yes, all trainees must complete our waiver, Code of Conduct, and privacy consent before training. We can’t allow ring access until all documents are submitted.

All trainees must be at least 17 years old to train in our main classes. We do offer juniors classes for 16 and under. 10 is our minimum age.

With no experience, you would need to complete our 6 week beginners course. The sessions are either Wednesday 5pm to 6pm or Friday 6:30pm to 7:30pm. The course costs £199. Please email if you'd like some more information.

Yes, single‑session payments are available once your paperwork is completed. Sessions can only be booked through the website and you must have access to book onto a session.

We have 4 tiers of Membership. All are pre-paid sessions to save you a bit of money month to month. These are rolling membership and can be cancelled at any point. Bronze tier is 4 sessions per month. Silver tier is 8 sessions per month. Gold tier is unlimited sessions per month. Platinum tier is 4 one to one sessions a month and is dependent on availability.

Email us at least 24 hours before the session. We’ll transfer your spot to another class or adjust your membership credit. Under 12 hours or no shows without notice forfeit the session.

We ask all trainees to arrive with clean fresh wrestling attire, and clean personal hygiene. Wrestling is a close contact activity and poor hygiene ruins other people's experiences. Poor hygiene may be grounds for refusal to return to training. To quote Leon Slater, "no one likes a smelly wrestler". If you’re unwell, please reschedule to keep everyone safe.
